Third.i secured the opportunity to deliver a luxury residential development in one of Sydney’s most tightly held suburbs – Rushcutters Bay.

Problem

Entering a competitive market, the 13 boutique apartments needed more than strong architecture alone. Third.i required a complete brand and marketing solution that would communicate exclusivity, lifestyle and value – and do so consistently across every touchpoint to attract the right buyers.

SOLVD delivered a fully realised brand and marketing rollout tailored to the exclusivity of Rushcutters Bay. Working closely with the architect, and Third.i team, SOLVD developed the name, visual identity and messaging to reflect refined park-side living, with the harbour just moments away. This cohesive brand was rolled out across all digital and print assets – from brochures and floorplans to website and video – presenting a premium, considered identity that positioned The Rushcutters as a highly desirable address.
