Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution from start to finish, and ensuring that all campaigns, plans and strategies meet our high standards of effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Coordinate with creative, marketing, and strategic teams to develop and implement comprehensive advertising campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of campaigns, using data to optimise performance and achieve client goals.
  • Present campaign results and strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to continually enhance our offerings and maintain competitive advantage.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of agency experience in account management, preferably within the advertising, or creative sector.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
