NSW Public Works Advisory had a new strategic framework the brand story needed to live up to. The government department shifted its approach to become more human-centred and grassroots ingenuity.
The old branding elements were quite expected and closer to the overarching NSW Department of Planning’s visual look-and-feel. NSW Public Works needed a facelift to match its “Leaving a legacy” positioning. Time was critical in delivery as a host of deadlines were drawing closer.
