
SOLVD partnered with Surfest Newcastle to lead the strategic and visual evolution of its brand, supporting the event’s evolution from a celebrated local tradition into a prominent World Surf League (WSL) Challenger Series stop.
Surfest needed strategy, creative ideation, graphic design, content development, scriptwriting, and production. Every touchpoint needed to align with Surfest’s heritage and its future ambitions.
The process began with an initial planning session to define objectives and key deliverables, followed by the development of a detailed project plan that outlined timelines, responsibilities, and resource allocation.
