Although popular and proven in international markets, the concept of real estate co-ownership is new in Australia. There are similar syndicate arrangements seen in private planes, or yachts but for property Kō is an entirely foreign offering. Therefore our brand positioning, creative expression and launch strategy would be imperative to the brand’s success.

Solvd worked with Kō from near inception to build a brand & marketing strategy to position Kō as a true alternative to traditional holiday home ownership. The strategic findings resulted in the development of the brand’s inspiring position ‘Live your dream’. Q1 2023 saw the soft launch of the brand within the owner space. And, with growing interest in the offering we are set to see the buyers launch campaign hit the ground in Q2.
