Problem
MAAS Group’s Southlakes Estate is evidence of a major growth phase for Dubbo, now including a new retail precinct to be anchored by Coles, a new Land Sales Office and the Brett Harvey Display Home. As the estate expanded, MAAS needed a partner who could craft a cohesive brand for The Village retail precinct and manage key milestones that would build awareness, support retailer and buyer confidence, strengthen engagement with the local community, attract additional retailers to the precinct and clearly communicate the relocation of the Sales Office.
SOLVD
SOLVD developed the full brand identity and messaging for The Village, along with a new website and supporting collateral, before managing the sod-turning ceremony that marked the start of precinct construction. This early momentum helped generate strong retailer interest, with ~75% of spaces leased within 6 months of initial promotion.
SOLVD then delivered the Southlakes Sales Office and Brett Harvey Display Home launch, managing planning, logistics and the visual identity of the event, along with a multi-channel campaign across digital, print and broadcast. The event combined a formal ribbon-cutting with a community-driven family fun day, attracting 600+ attendees, driving strong visitor traffic, increasing enquiries and sales and cementing the Sales Office as a recognised presence within the Dubbo community.
